Busy, Busy, Busy

Only two posts in September. Shocking. Lashing of apologies to those who kept popping by hoping for something new, only to be disappointed.

I've been working a lot the last couple of weeks - I'm back at Trades for the Fringe Festival and my new little business has picked up a couple of clients, so I've been writing away for them and discovering not only that I enjoy it, but I'm actually rather good at it.

As evidenced by the photo above, I've also been keeping my fingers busy with a little project, which will come to fruition on Monday 11 October. Melbourne people keep your eyes peeled. It's been lots of fun and a great conversation starter on trains, at work, in the park... most people are fascinated to discover that the skill of handicrafts continues to exist in this technology-obsessed world of ours. Personally I've found it a very soothing past-time and one I'll be reluctant to give up.

However all good things must come to an end (to make room for more good things!), so this weekend our little project will be complete and Fringe will be finished. With three whole days free per week to devote to my little business and other writing projects, I won't know what to do with myself! Expect more from me then.
