Things that made me smile today...

* An email from my best friend, with the scan of her unborn baby attached (even in the womb, Mini-Fini is very cute!);

* Getting a big hug from my other best friend, who I haven't spent nearly enough time with lately;

* Being complimented by a customer at work tonight (who told me I was a lovely person);

* Leaving work tonight knowing I don't have to work tomorrow;

* Getting on the bus home and seeing another friend and finding out she now lives just near me (hurrah!);

* Walking past the park in my street and seeing a tiny puppy playing catch with its owner (and having her bound over and let me pat her was even better!);

* Continuing to walk down my street and hearing Denice Williams' "Let's Hear It For The Boy" blaring from a house about a block away from mine;

* Seeing my mum's team (Bombers) win by 13 points... which means she'll be in a good mood and probably send me a care package of mars bar slice and Haigh's chocolate frogs... yummmmmm.

Yes, today was a good day. I hope that tomorrow is even better and that a divine miracle occurs and the Hawks win by 50 points.
