I love love LOVED this show.
I don't think there was any better (drama) programme than this in the 90s. Brilliant writing, brilliant acting, brilliant everything.
But I could never choose between these two lovely chaps:
The dapper and dashing Jack Davenport
or
The sexy, soulful Andrew Lincoln.
*Sigh*
I still can't choose.
Although Egg was the nicer character of the two. Miles was a bit of a prat, truth be told.
Let's hope the ABC snaps this one up quickly so we can see it here before 2010.

I was prefer the egg nogs in cristmas time.
egg was the nicer character, yes miles was a bit prattish, but egg ultimately then got a bit frustrating.
you must be the only other person i know who saw this. i loved it. adored it. it was great. and was i right in noticing that another actor (bloke with long dark hair and melty eyes) appeared in tripping over. did you see tripping over at all?
yep - you're right! that was ferdy who was in tripping over... (ramon tikram i think his name is)
apparently the premise behind this life + 10 is that they've all gathered at ferdy's funeral, so i'm guessing he's not in it.
a mate's dad in the UK is supposed to be sending me a dvd of both the Doctor Who Christmas special and This Life + 10 so when I'm done I'll send it over if you like!
x
i forgot to say that this whole thing is very exciting to me. the promise of a this life + 10. for me too it was one of the best things i saw in the 90s, and i was a bit let down with the way it finished. i remember thinking it left me wanting so much more, i would have happily watched it for the rest of my life.
i will love you forever, dearest m_m, if you can send it down to me when you are done. and of course i will look after it and send it back toot sweet once i'm done with it.
[hugs self and rocks with glee]
