Good morning, my dear. I've just caught up on your latest posts and I'm very happy to see you back blogging and in Melbourne. There's a lovely symmetry happening, when 3 of my favourite bloggers come back (you, Sub and Elaine.) We just need LadyCracker! Ms Fits is too much to hope for.
I didn't watch all the game last night, I was very knackered (pathetic excuse). At half time watching on the tv I checked the scores on the internet and they were 30 pts ahead I felt comfortable enough to go to bed. Sounds like it got pretty exciting, I'm glad they held on, BUT 21 POINTS??? That is so typical Geelong. Their kicking can be very ordinary.
We should go together for the next game? Or meet afterwards or something. We'll need a coffee before that sometime though!
As usual my boys turned on a sterling final quarter but the clock was against them. Five more minutes and I think we might have actually won it.
And yes to coffee before then for sure. I'm about to start 3 weeks of madness working at the Comedy Festival (I'll be at Trades Hall for the duration in case you want to pop by and see one of our many funny shows) but we should fix a date for after 26 April.
