I'm a Gleek.
I fell in love with the pilot months ago and just watched it again tonight. My VCR (yes, I'm old school, I don't have IQ or recordable DVD yet) has already been programmed for Thursdays at 7.30pm on Channel 10 indefinitely.
I'm not sure what it is I love about it most. Mercedes and her "Hell to the no! Look, I'm not down with all this background singing nonsense. I am Beyoncé... I ain't no Kelly Rowland!" or her "Whatchoo bringin to the table Justin Timberlake?" is my current fave character.
Although I think it might just be the music. From Rachel's audition of "On My Own" from Les Miserables (a pet fave of mine) and Finn's shower rendition of REO Speedwagon's "I Can't Fight This Feeling", to Journey's "Don't Stop Believing"... well, its unashamedly awesome.
I totally ♥ Glee.
