Matching

I had vowed (to myself... I rarely make my vows public anymore), that after last year's dismal number of blog posts that I would try and better the number of posts this year.

I have
less than a month to do that and I need to do at least another 10 posts.

Best I get my arse into gear.

There are several topics I had wanted to cover, which for the sake of acting as a reminder to myself, I shall list here. They may be in my own personal shorthand, so don't worry if they don't make sense, they're purely for my benefit:

  • Glee
  • Patrick
  • Schwinn vs Electra
  • Four colour new colour
  • Shiteley and Brears

That's all I can think of for the moment.

In the meantime, I've just started reading The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo... how good???

Stay tuned...

I haven't read it but I've been seeing it around and hearing good things. I must get a hold of it.

I'm so bad at keeping resolutions that if ever I think about making one I remember that it's a complete waste of time. I know that if I really want to do something, I'll get around to it...eventually. when i'm ready.

I wanted to post a tutorial for the quilt i made. It'll happen...sometime. sooner or later later or sooner).

oh, and I really like it when I see you around the place. just thought i'd tell you.

I just finished it - I'm holding off reading the next one because I just know that I won't be able to put it down... I stayed up until 3am to finish this one because I couldn't bear waiting any longer to find out what happened.

I love it when a book has that effect on me.

Ooooh - I'd love to see a tutorial for that quilt. Not that I'd ever make it myself... I was banned from Home Ec in Year 8 for sewing my finger on the machine... broke the machine and had a trip to the ER to remove the needle. I've never attempted more than a button re-stich or hem tacking since.

Where do you see me? Blogosphere or perhaps at Parliament?? I'm always on the lookout for a girl with knitting on the escalators...
